Pastor’s Anniversary
We will celebrate Pastor Jones’ 16th Pastoral Anniversary next Sunday, September 27th. Let’s plan to bless Pastor as we show our appreciate for all he does for First Baptist.

The Missionary Ministry thanks all who provided support & assistance for the delivery of 3,570 pampers, 96 packages of baby wipes, and 78 hygiene products to the Family Matters Family ReSource Center on Tuesday. The ministry appreciates the help from all church members & friends of members. To God be the glory!
Upcoming Engagement
Support Pastor Jones at this upcoming engagement:
On Wednesday, October 14th Pastor Jones will be preaching one night of Revival at Chicago Avenue Baptist Church, located at 2331 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23224. Service starts at 7PM.
160th Church Anniversary
We are excited to be preparing for our upcoming Church Anniversary in November. The theme is: What God Began, He Sustains: 160 Years of Faithful Service.
Historical Items Needed:
We are looking for old photos and items you may have from throughout our church history. These items will be put on display during the celebration and returned to you afterwards. All items are due September 27th. Please see Lisa Gilliam if you have questions.
Children’s Church at FBC
We are excited to announce CHILDREN’S CHURCH at FBC! Starting in June, we will offer Children’s Church on 2nd Sundays for children 4-10 years old!
Service Schedule
FBC hosts Sunday School at 9:30AM and Morning Worship at 11AM on the 1st through 4th Sundays - both in-person and on Facebook Live.
